I would love to see Kopa implement background and credit checks through the platform. As a long time host through many platforms with over 200 stays, the biggest issue I see is lack of quality control over the tenant. Having this as an option during the onboarding process would be so beneficial. The background/credit check could be valid for up to one year, and stored with the guest's profile, thus making future requests much more streamlined.
